1. Operation process of solar panel workshop:
Slicing of battery cells → testing of battery cells → selection of battery cells → soldering → stringing → stacking → EL testing → lamination → frame assembly → cleaning → gluing and packaging → wiring → flash testing → packaging.
2. Operation process for slicing battery cells:
According to the customer's order requirements, input relevant data (such as slice width&slice height) into the computer connected to the slicer → place the battery cells in the slicer → click "operate" or press the "spacebar" → operate the slicer → remove the battery cells and divide them into several small pieces along the cutting line. (Note: The function of the slicer is to cut battery cells.)
3. Battery cell testing operation process:
Turn on the current and voltage tester → place the battery cell on the table of the instrument, gently click on the battery cell with a test pen while stepping on the foot of the instrument → the instrument displays relevant data to see if these data meet the requirements. (Note: The testing range of the current and voltage tester is current, and the voltage is fixed. The voltage of each battery cell is 0.5V; the foot pedal is used for powering on.)




4. Battery cell selection process:
According to the size of the battery chips, the battery chips passing the test shall be divided → the color of the battery chips shall be classified from light to deep → each type of battery chips shall be stacked in a carton every 12 PCS. Each row of battery chips shall be separated by foam, and the same between the battery chips and the carton shall also be separated by foam. (Note: While selecting the battery cells, it is also necessary to check whether they are dirty. If there are any, gently wipe the stains with an eraser. If the stains are stubborn and cannot be wiped clean with an eraser, use alcohol to wipe them.)
5. Welding process:
Cut the photovoltaic ribbon according to the width of the solar cell (i.e. the length of the photovoltaic ribbon=the width of the solar cell x 1.9) → Place the cut photovoltaic ribbon into the flux, take it out later and blow dry it with a blowing machine → Align the solar cell on the operating table → Use tweezers to align the photovoltaic ribbon with the front main grid line of the solar cell (i.e. the white part of the colored side of the solar cell) → Quickly pass through the photovoltaic ribbon with a soldering iron. (Note: The photovoltaic ribbon should not extend beyond the solar cell, leaving at least 1-2 grids. When soldering the solar cell and the photovoltaic ribbon, the soldering iron should not stay, otherwise there may be solder joints, and it should not be soldered to the bottom. Stop when there are still two grids left from the bottom, otherwise the photovoltaic ribbon cannot be bent during stacking.)
