Production Line Capacity: The production line has a capacity range of 50MW to 500MW per year.
Power Supply Requirements: The equipment operates on a 380V power supply using a three-phase, five-wire system. Specific power demands for each unit can be found in their respective equipment parameters. A separate power line configuration will be provided by our company.
Compressed Air Requirements: The equipment requires compressed air at a pressure of 0.6-0.8MPa, which must be dry, clean, and meet the standards for automated production lines. The air should have a dust particle count ≤ 1µm, a water dew point ≤ -40°C, and oil (including vapor) levels ≤ 0.1mg/m³.
Air Cleanliness in the Factory: The factory air must maintain a cleanliness level of no less than 300,000 (ISO Class 8).
Conveyor Speed: The conveyor's cycle time must be under 22 seconds, which is adequate to support a production capacity of 500MW per year. The system utilizes variable frequency drive (VFD) control, with the main frequency set to 30Hz, and an adjustable speed range of 0-50Hz (specific speeds can be found in the equipment parameters for each unit).
External Dimensions of Conveyor Line: The equipment is non-standard, and the final layout diagram will be provided by Edobo Solar.
Assembly Line Height and Adjustment Range: There may be height differences between individual equipment and the conveyor unit. For specific external dimensions, please refer to the technical parameters of the individual equipment. The standard height of the conveyor unit is typically 950mm ± 30mm.
Adjustable Range of Conveyor: The operational range of the conveyor line and equipment can be adjusted for components with lengths between 1650mm and 2600mm and widths between 950mm and 1500mm, supporting various lamination methods for transporting components.
Conveyor Line Smoothness: The conveyor line should operate smoothly, with any offsets not exceeding 10mm.
Component Failure Rate: When the equipment is functioning properly, the component failure rate attributed to the equipment or conveyor line is less than 1 in 1000.
Noise Level: The noise level during equipment operation should not exceed 72dBA, excluding noise from compression pumps.
