Manual Inspection of Laminated Modules:

90-Degree Rotation: it automatically rotates the laminated solar module by 90 degrees in its plane.

Facilitate Manual Inspection: This rotation presents different edges and surfaces of the laminated module to a human inspector, making it easier to visually examine all sides for defects. The machine assists the manual inspection, it doesn't automate the inspection itself.

Ergonomic Improvement: The machine significantly improves the ergonomics of the inspection process. Instead of the inspector having to manually lift, rotate, and maneuver the heavy and potentially fragile module, the machine does the heavy lifting and precise positioning. This reduces the risk of worker injury and module damage.

Transition Point: It still serves as a controlled transition point in the production line, moving modules between processes

The equipment uses 12 sets of LED lamps on the back to detect hidden cracks and impurities inside the module.
