Technical Parameters


Lay up (mechanical type)

1. The feeding method is short in and long out, and the equipment function is to arrange them in a corresponding sequence. The long side of the battery string is parallel to the long side of the component. The local typesetting system can be used to arrange components of 96, 72, and 60 pieces, and has mechanical adjustment function.
2. Automatically receive battery strings, pick up battery strings to mechanical positions, and pre straighten the glass
3. Receive glass and EVA from the production line. Pick up the battery string from the mechanical position. Place the battery in series on EVA according to the positive and negative electrodes. After completing all actions, the component outputs.
4. The battery string is positioned through visual positioning, fiber optic positioning, and mechanical positioning.



1. The machine adopts a synchronous belt, driven by a servo motor, and guided by a linear guide rail, which has the advantages of precise positioning, stable operation, and fast speed.
2. The suction cup is made of polyurethane and will not leave any marks on the battery string after suction.
3. The machine is equipped with power and gas protection.
4. The machine is fully automatic and does not require manual intervention.
5. The positioning accuracy of the battery string is ± 0.3 millimeters
6. Six power cords spaced between 1-10 millimeters apart
7. Compatible with multiple battery strings, size 156/182/210, 6-12 pieces
8. The main solar cells finger is compatible with 2/3/4/5 fingers


(1) Production line capacity: 100MW-600MW/year.
(2) The equipment power requirement is 380V (three-phase five wire system), and the power demand can be found in the equipment parameters of each unit. The power line configuration will be provided separately by our company.
(3) The compressed air requirement for the equipment is 0.6-0.8MPa, dry, clean, and meets the requirements of automated production lines; Dust particles ≤ 1um, water pressure dew point ≤ -40 ℃, oil (including steam) ≤ 0.1mg/;
(4) The cleanliness of the air in the factory shall not be less than 300000 level (ISO Class 8);
(5) Transmission equipment conveying speed: The transmission cycle time is less than 22s, which meets the requirement of 500MW/year production capacity. The entire line adopts variable frequency speed regulation, with a main speed regulation frequency set at 30HZ and a speed regulation range of 0-50HZ (specific speed can be found in the equipment parameters of each unit);
(6) External dimensions of transmission line: This equipment is a non-standard device, and the final layout diagram will be provided by Edobo Solar;
(7) Assembly line height and adjustment range: There is a certain height difference between the individual equipment and the transmission unit. For detailed external dimensions, please refer to the technical parameters of the individual equipment; The height of the transmission unit is generally 950mm ± 30mm;
(8) The transmission line and equipment operation range can be adjusted between components of length (1650mm-2600mm) * width (950mm-1500mm), enabling the transportation of components in various lamination methods.
(9) The transmission line is smooth and the offset size is less than 10mm;
(10) When the equipment is operating normally, the component failure rate caused by the equipment and transmission lines is less than 1/1000;
(11) Noise level during equipment operation ≤ 72dbA (excluding compression pumps)



1. The cell adopts CCD visual positioning, which has the advantages of high accuracy and stability;
2. The equipment can automatically receive, automatically layout and automatically export components, and layout is accurate positioning;
3. The suction cup is made of imported silicone material, which will not leave a mark on the surface of the battery;
4. Adopt the three-axis mechanical motion mode (rotating 180°);
5. The lateral movement adopts linear motor module, which has the advantages of fast movement speed, high repeated positioning accuracy and stable performance, save the overall beat time;
6. Long and short edge change adjustment adopts quick locking mechanism, adjustment quickly, simple, convenient and reliable;
