Solar power generation system is the energy of the Earth's external celestial bodies (mainly solar energy), solar power generation is the huge energy released by the fusion of the sun's hydrogen nuclei at ultra-high temperatures, and most of the energy needed by human beings comes directly or indirectly from the sun. Because the fossil fuels such as coal, oil, and natural gas that we need for life are formed by various plants that convert solar energy into chemical energy through photosynthesis, store it in the plant body, and then bury it in the ground after a long geological time. In addition, solar power generation is hydropower, wind, wave energy, ocean current energy, etc., will also be converted into solar energy. How to maintain and manage solar power generation system?
1. Photovoltaic dust prevention of photovoltaic power generation system of solar power generation system: check and tighten the connection bolts and wires, test the output and adjust the tilt.
2. Tracker of solar power generation system: bearing lubrication, bolt and shock absorption inspection.
3. The backup fuel system of the solar power system: determine the wiring, check well and be available at any time.
4. The charging controller of the solar power system: check the rectifier voltage setting and check whether the voltmeter is normal. If the battery temperature is below 55F, it must be able to charge at a higher voltage (at least 14.8v for a 12v system). If the charge controller has a temperature compensation function, it will be adjusted automatically. If there is an external temperature sensor, make sure it is connected to the battery. If there is no automatic adjustment function, it is necessary to manually increase the voltage and turn it in the spring (adjusted to 14.3 volts). If you cannot adjust the charge controller, store the battery in a relatively warm environment.
5. Solar power system battery (lead acid): Check the voltage of each battery, troubleshoot, and determine whether balance charging is required. If necessary, perform balanced charge maintenance (generally, after the battery is full, the intermediate overcharge for 8 hours). Wash the liquid or dust off the battery. Clean or replace corroded terminals. Apply petroleum jelly to terminals to prevent further corrosion. Check battery fluid and add distilled or deionized water if necessary. Check ventilation (whether there are insects in the ventilation tube, etc.). Note: Check the size, connection, fuse and other safety measures of the wire. Grounding lightning protection: Install or check the grounding pole or ground cable.
6. Solar power loads or appliances: TV sets with transformers and remote controls, checking for invisible loads or inefficient uses of wall lights, which consume electricity after turning on. Check black incandescent lamps and consider replacing them with halogen or fluorescent lamps. Please replace the black fluorescent lamp. Clean the dust from the lighting and mounting brackets.
7. Inverter for solar power generation: regulator, installation and setting, check the wiring. Note: The charging voltage of inverters with charging function must be set to 14.5(29) volts. Refer to the instruction manual. If necessary, add additional temperature detectors.
8. Solar power battery temperature Lead acid battery capacity loss of 30 to 25%. Freezing at 20F will cause damage. The heat of summer can also affect longevity. Therefore, batteries should not be used in extreme outdoor temperatures. Installed on indoor batteries in accordance with national standards, it can be operated safely.
