The grid connected power generation system is mainly made using the principle of photovoltaic effect, which is a power generation system that directly converts solar radiation energy into electrical energy. When there is sunlight during the day, the electricity generated by the solar cell array is directly transmitted to the AC grid through grid connected inverters. In fact, it can be roughly divided into two categories now. One is grid connected power generation systems, which are connected to the public grid through standard interfaces, such as a small power plant; Another type is the power generation system, which forms a loop within its own closed-loop system. The solar radiation energy received by the grid connected power generation system during operation is mainly converted into high-voltage direct current through the high-frequency direct current conversion of the photovoltaic group. The output is a sine wave alternating current with the same frequency and phase as the grid voltage, which is inverted by an inverter and then connected to the grid. The general grid connected power generation system first converts the received solar radiation energy directly into electrical energy to supply the load, and the excess energy is stored in the form of chemical energy in the battery through the charging controller.
The grid connected power generation system is mainly composed of solar cell components, and a single solar cell can only generate a voltage of about 0.5V, which is much lower than the actual voltage required for use. It is necessary to connect the solar cells to the components in order to meet practical applications. Equally important is that the components of the grid connected power generation system include a certain number of solar cells connected by wires. For example, the number of solar cells in a component is 36, which means that a solar module can generate a voltage of approximately 17V. The physical units mainly connected by solar cells through wires are called solar cell elements. Grid connected power generation systems have certain anti-corrosion, windproof, hail proof, rain proof and other performance, and are widely used. When the application field requires higher voltage and current, and a single component cannot meet the requirements, multiple components can be converted into solar cell arrays to obtain the required voltage and current. Inverters are also essential because they are DC, and the general load is AC load. Of course, its inverters can be divided into operating inverters and grid connected inverters according to their operating mode.
