In the past 10 years, the application of photovoltaic (PV) systems has grown exponentially, but the power supply in the grid only accounts for a small proportion. Why can't solar power generation systems, as a clean energy source, provide more electricity to power grids around the world? The main reasons hindering the large-scale promotion of photovoltaic systems are cost (in USD/W) and efficiency. When developing new solar technologies such as solar inverters and power optimizers, system designers must use intelligent systems and subsystem topologies to improve efficiency and reduce unit costs. What aspects should be paid attention to when installing a solar power supply system?
1. The battery panel array needs to consider the installation azimuth and tilt angle.
2. Avoid obstruction between battery panels. Including surrounding buildings (utility poles, eaves, etc.).
3. Stability and firmness of bracket placement.
4. Route distance and junction box location. Try to have a short and even routing distance.
5. The relevant accessories must meet the system requirements (such as terminal blocks, wire diameters, etc.). Solar power supply system
6. The wiring terminals should be firm to prevent false connections or open circuits.
7. The battery and terminals should be firmly secured (never short circuited), and attention should be paid to safety during installation to avoid explosions and fires.
8. Controllers generally have corresponding power distribution protection measures. However, during the wiring process, attention should also be paid to preventing phenomena such as reverse polarity and short circuits. Avoid unnecessary trouble. Pay attention to the placement angle and avoid rainwater immersion.
9. For systems with inverters, the inverters need to be connected to the positive and negative terminals of the battery.
10. The construction site of the system must be open, and there must be no tall buildings or other things blocking the sunlight at the installation of the solar cell array.
