According to customs data, China exported approximately 24.5GW of photovoltaic modules in March 2024, an increase of nearly 16% compared to February's 21.2GW; Compared to March 2023, the year-on-year increase of 21.2GW was nearly 16%. The cumulative exports in the first quarter of this year were 67.6 GW, an increase of about 33% year-on-year from 50.9 GW in the first quarter of 2023.

In March of this year, the top three global markets for imported Chinese photovoltaic modules were Europe, Pakistan, and Saudi Arabia in order. The total monthly imports of these three countries accounted for about 60% of the global market. It is worth noting that Pakistan and Saudi Arabia surpassed India and Brazil for the first time, effectively filling the import momentum of the slowdown in exports between the two countries in March. Overall, the import market rankings for the first quarter were ranked in order by Europe, India, and Brazil, with a total import volume of approximately 57% in the global market.
