Assembly of positive and negative connectors
Negative Pole (Female Connector):
1.Take Housing (Female Connector): Begin with the female connector housing.
2.O-ring Insert into Housing (Female Connector): Insert the O-ring into the female housing.
3.Assembly of Grommet & Collet (Female Connector): Assemble the grommet and collet for the female connector.
4.Placing Grommet assembly into housing (Female Connector): Insert the assembled grommet and collet into the female housing.
5.Cap Assembly (Female Connector): Attach the cap to the female connector housing.
Positive Pole (Male Connector):
1.Take Housing (Male Connector): Begin with the male connector housing.
2.Assembly of Grommet & Collet (Male Connector): Assemble the grommet and collet for the male connector.
3.Placing Grommet assembly into housing (Male Connector): Insert the assembled grommet and collet into the male housing.
4.Cap Assembly (Male Connector): Attach the cap to the male connector housing.

The terminal crimping steps mainly include the following steps:
2.Take DC Cable:Prepare a DC cable.
2.Prepare the Cable: Strip a length of insulation from the DC cable (wire).
3.Select the Contact Pin: Take the female or male contact pin assembly
4.Crimp the Contact Pin: Place the stripped wire into the contact pin and use a crimping tool to securely attach the contact pin to the wire.
5.Insert into Housing: Insert the crimped contact pin assembly into the connector housing.
6.Tighten the Cap: Secure the cap onto the housing to complete the connector.

The wire being directly crimped into the junction box:
Take Connector Assembly: Take the male or female connector assembly.
Strip the Cable: Strip 8-10mm of insulation from the DC cable.
Wire Crimping: Crimp the stripped wire directly into the junction box. The junction box will have internal terminals (often metal tabs or connectors) designed to receive and securely hold the wire.
Soldering (Fixed): Solder the connection. Solder will add additional strength and help to prevent corrosion in the connection.

1. This production line is mainly used for the following processes: cable loading, cable arrangement, cable feeding and straightening, cable cutting, cable crimping, visual inspection, connector insertion, connector screwing, etc.
2. The required power sources are electricity and compressed air. Each workstation and conveyor unit works together in close to become one.
3. The main material used in the manufacture of the whole machine is welded frame, and all parts that are prone to corrosion are given surface treatments such as painting and electroplating to ensure no corrosion and a good appearance during the warranty period or even longer.
4. The equipment design fully considers ergonomics and factory operation safety. The equipment can automatically count the production output.

It comes with a 4-level password protection function (with permissions divided into operator, quality control, technician, and manager), a fault light, and fault code coordination for maintenance, achieving easy maintenance and cost reduction;

9. Adopting servo motor control system to ensure product accuracy;
10. The program can store up to 100 files and can be accessed by selecting the program number. The database server collects production data and organizes quality for the production line, making it convenient for the upper system (MES or ERP) to extract data and trace processing data during product production through the network;
