Our solar panel connector production line features a comprehensive range of automated equipment, working together to deliver a highly efficient process. The system starts with a Fixed Length Wire Feeder, dispensing wire at precise lengths. A Wire Feeder (Transfer), utilizing clamps, then transports the cut wires between workstations. These stations include a Cutting and Peeling Machine for insulation removal, a Crimping Machine to attach connectors, and an optional Crimp Size Detection Station for quality assurance. The Wire Feeder (Transfer) continues to move the partially assembled connectors to the Connector Threading Machine and the Nut Twisting Machine, automating the final assembly steps. A dedicated Cable Stripping Machine prepares cables by removing the outer jacket. The process concludes with an Offline Classification Machine, which automatically sorts finished connectors, separating good (OK) products from defective (NG) units, guaranteeing only top-quality connectors leave the production line. This integrated, automated approach significantly improves production speed, reduces manual handling, and minimizes the risk of errors.

Fixed Length Wire Feeder

1.Fixed Length Wire Feeder: Ensures precise and consistent wire lengths for optimal processing.

Adopting a fully servo system and closed-loop processing to ensure the stability of the cutting line length;

2.Cutting and Peeling Machine: Automates the cutting and stripping of insulation, preparing wires for crimping.

When peeling, do not scratch or cut the copper wire; Peeling and skinning

Equipped with a waste collection system to collect and process the cut thread skin.

Crimping machine

3.Crimping Machine: The station mainly completes the crimping of terminals and wires. The power adopts a servo system with a crimping accuracy of ± 0.02mm;

The workstation is equipped with OES pressure monitoring to detect the quality of crimping;

4.Crimp Size Detection Station (Optional): Provides quality control by verifying crimp dimensions, ensuring consistent performance.

The module adopts a visual system to mainly inspect the appearance of exposed copper wires, copper wire crimping positions, etc;

5.Connector Threading Machine: Automates the process of inserting wires into connector housings.

The station mainly completes the function of inserting cables with crimped terminals into connectors;
The station is equipped with in place sensors to detect whether the terminals are properly inserted;

6.Nut Twisting Machine: Securely fastens nuts onto connectors, completing the assembly.

The station is equipped with a position sensor to detect whether the connector is inserted into place;
Equipped with a torque sensor that can detect the magnitude of torque in real time

7.Relocation station：The station mainly completes the transfer of wires to facilitate the processing of the other end.

8.Offline Classification Machine: Automatically sorts finished products, separating good (OK) from defective (NG) units.
