3. The glass suction robot arm places the glass onto the assembly line, while the paper picking robot arm removes the paper from the glass.
4. The machine is driven by a servo motor, and the suction cup sucks the glass to the designated position.
5. The upper glass robotic arm is a cantilever structure, and the paper picking robotic arm is a cantilever structure.

1. Adopting a synchronous belt transmission mechanism driven by servo motors, guided by linear guides, with precise positioning and smooth operation.

4. EVA is cut by an integrated machine to ensure smooth and neat cutting edges
5. This machine has an EVA automatic straightening function, with a straightening range of ± 2mm.
6. The main body of the equipment is equipped with a protective cover and a dust cover.

3.Automatic lay up (robotic arm)

1. The feeding method is short in and long out, and the equipment function is to arrange them in a corresponding sequence. The long side of the battery string is parallel to the long side of the component. The local typesetting system can be used to arrange components of 96, 72, and 60 pieces, and has mechanical adjustment function.
2. Automatically receive battery strings, pick up battery strings to mechanical positions, and pre straighten the glass
3. Receive glass and EVA from the production line. Pick up the battery string from the mechanical position. Place the battery in series on EVA according to the positive and negative electrodes. After completing all actions, the component outputs.
4. The battery string is positioned through visual positioning, fiber optic positioning, and mechanical positioning.

2. 12 pairs of suction cups ensure that the glass is stably sucked onto the machine during framing
When the components are in the correct position and the frame is ready, the cylinder will be straightened and clamped. The servo motor will be installed with a frame at the same time.
3. Conveyor method: synchronous belt conveyor.
4. The length and width can be adjusted according to the module size, using quick locking fixtures for quick adjustment to meet different modules.
5. Control mode: motor control+servo drive.
6. Operation mode: automatic/manual.

1. After the long side of the component enters the equipment and is straightened inside the machine, the required high voltage is supplied to the component to test its insulation status
2. After powering on within the set time, output the component to EL for inspection
3. When the component is placed in the correct position, the cylinder is adjusted and fixed in position, the ground connection is controlled to be powered on, and the withstand voltage is automatically tested after grounding

7.Busbar welding machine

Equipment function:

Stretch, correct, cut, bend, and accurately place the head, tail, and middle busbars, and use the lifting hand to perform secondary calibration on the string on the module. The wires at the head and tail of the string are soldered together with the busbars in one go and transmitted to the next workstation. This machine is optional with black paint scraping function, post soldering detection function, and busbar punching function.
